The apartment, which is located within a recently restored hamlet, is spread on two floors and covers a total of 148 net sqm, with traditional Tuscan terracotta floors, wooden beams and a travertine staircase.

Special attention has been paid to the interiors, with fine Italian design furniture and lighting, and high overall standard of comfort.

For those who love culinary experiences a professional Lacanche kitchen is at disposal and a stone barbecue is available in the garden. The large travertine table under the wisteria arbor is ideal for those who like to eat outside during the summer months.

The house is surrounded by a spacious garden of 675 m² with a majestic old oak tree, and lavender, roses and rosemary surround the patio.

The pool belonging to the condo is open throughout the day from June to September and is located in a panoramic area where it is equipped with sunbeds.
