SIL is associated with FIAIP- Federazione Italiana Agenti Immobiliari Professionali, (Italian Federation of Professional Real Estate Agents), a National association, which, among other things, aims to add security and transparency specifications to transactions in real estate sales. This will be achieved through specialised training for Real Estate Agents, encouraging them to work correctly and in compliance with the Ethical Code of the Professional Federation

SIL is part of CEI - Confédération Européenne de l'Immobilier (European Confederation of Real Estate Agents), one of largest organisations of real estate agents in Europe. Its aims are to encourage international collaboration between members and to offer advice on trans-national real estate transactions.

SIL is a member of BIG - Beni Immobili Gestiti S.p.A., a company composed of senior brokers and structured in five divisions: Global Service, Evaluation of Estates, Real Estate Intermediation, Management and Debt Collecting.
